Refund Policy

At Pine Media WI, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative and strategic marketing services tailored to your brand’s goals. Due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

1. General Policy

All payments made to Pine Media WI are considered final and non-refundable, except where otherwise specified in a signed service agreement or contract. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creative content production (e.g., video, photo, voiceover)

  • Marketing strategy and ad management

  • Branding and design work

  • Creative writing and copywriting services

2. Deposit Payments

To initiate a project, we often require a deposit or retainer (typically 25–50% of the total project fee). This deposit secures your place in our production schedule and covers pre-production work.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless Pine Media WI cancels the project prior to commencement.

3. Project Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel a project:

  • Before any work begins: You may be eligible for a partial refund of any amounts paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • After work has started: No refunds will be issued for work already completed or time already invested. A prorated refund may be considered for work not yet started, at our discretion.

  • After delivery of final product: No refunds will be provided once a project has been completed and approved.

4. Revisions and Dissatisfaction

We strive to meet your expectations and include revision rounds in most service packages. If you're not satisfied:

  • You must notify us in writing within 5 business days of receiving the deliverable.

  • We will work with you in good faith to make reasonable revisions.

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective aspects (e.g., style, tone, color preferences) after the agreed number of revisions will not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Delays and Non-Responsiveness

If a client becomes unresponsive (no communication for 15+ business days), the project may be placed on hold or canceled. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and additional charges may apply to resume work later.

6. Service Denial or Termination by Pine Media

Pine Media WI reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to:

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions

  • Abuse, harassment, or unprofessional behavior

  • Ethical or legal concerns

In such cases, a partial refund may be issued for work not yet completed, at our sole discretion.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us is considered a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and may pursue legal remedies and collections where necessary.
