Welcome to Pine Media (also referred to as "Pine Media," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services provided via our website, Pinemediawi.com ("Site"). By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our Site or services.

1. Services Provided

Pine Media offers creative media production, advertising strategy & management, brand scaling, content creation, brand development, creative writing, voiceover services, and logo/graphic design (collectively, "Services"). Each service engagement may be governed by a separate written agreement or grouped together as a package by written agreement.

2. Work Product & Intellectual Property

Ownership: Pine Media retains all intellectual property rights in any creative works, methodologies, templates, or deliverables, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Usage Rights: Upon full payment, you receive a limited license to use deliverables for the agreed-upon purpose. Further use requires prior written permission.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate content, timely feedback, approvals, and any materials required for efficient delivery. Delays in providing these may result in adjusted timelines or additional fees.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms, pricing, invoicing schedules, and refund policies will be specified in each service agreement. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or cancellation of services at Pine Media’s discretion.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties will safeguard confidential information received during our collaboration and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except if required by law.

6. Revisions & Changes

You are entitled to a specified number of revisions per project. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, detailed in your project agreement.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Pine Media provides services using professional care and industry standards. We don’t guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sales uplift), and disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You shall indemnify and hold Pine Media harmless from claims arising from content you provide (e.g., third-party rights infringement), or your misuse of deliverables.

9. Termination

Each project or agreement will include termination terms. Pine Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or material breaches.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Pine Media’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin (or your specific state). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of amended Terms.
